This cake was made for Sofie’s Baptism.  I was so excited to make this cake for her.  It was only a few short months ago that I was asked to make her baby shower cake!

Here is a closer look at the roses and the giant bow.  It’s a really simple and elegant design. The cross, bow and roses are made from gum paste that I tinted baby pink.   I used a paisley impression mat to decorate the cross.  God Bless Sofie!
